Children in Need

Please remember your child needs to wear their pjs and donate a small amount of money on Friday 14th November!!! (If your child is not in on this day but you still wish to donate something this will be gratefully received) Each area will have their own scratch card to help raise extra funds please join in as you may win a prize!!! We shall be having fun and games on the day as well.

Butterflies Christmas Production

If your child is in the Butterflies room (Pre School) they will be taking part in the production 'whoops-a-daisy angel' this will be held on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th December 2008. Details of this will be sent out nearer the time.

Christmas Raffle

Please find attached some raffl e tickets. We would be extremely grateful if you could help support us by selling these tickets. The Nursery would really love to purchase a large wooden play house for the garden, all money raised will go towards this. The tickets are £1.00 per strip or 25p per ticket. If you require any extra tickets then see Faye or Jo, or if you do not manage to sell them please return. Many thanks for your support. The raffle draw will take place on Friday 19th December.

Christmas Parties

The children will be invited to their Christmas party on one of the dates above (dates for your diary). Further details and times will follow. We are asking parents to donate some party food for this and lists will be up in each area for you to put your name next to closer to the time.

Christmas Meal

We will be holding a Christmas lunch for the staff and children on Tuesday 23rd December. If your child is in the Nursery on this day they are welcome to wear party clothes and enjoy the festivities!

Morning Times

Please remember we do not open until 8am unless you have pre-booked an early start. If you arrive before this time please be patient as the staff have lots to prepare for the day and will deal with your needs as soon as possible. Also, just a quick reminder that breakfast time for the children downstairs fi nishes at 8.30am as we have to get ready for the day ahead. If you wish for your child to have breakfast could you please ensure they are here before 8.30am.

Photographer

Gavin, our regular photographer will be in the Nursery on Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th November. He takes fantastic photos and requests that the children are dressed in bright, colourful clothing. After the photos are taken you will receive proofs of the pictures. You need to return these by the date stated when you receive them in order for them to be processed before Christmas. If your child does not attend on either of these days we will have an open session for you to bring your child along to. Details of this will be given closer to the time.
